We strive for customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital currency, refunds are subject to specific conditions:

• Pending Transactions: If you cancel an order before it is processed, a full refund will be issued.
• Completed Transactions: Once crypto or digital funds are sent, they cannot be reversed. Refunds are not possible for completed transactions unless there was an error on our part.
• Failed Transactions: If a transaction fails due to our system, we will refund the full amount.
